Key Information
Our school is a member of a wider family of schools who work together. This family is called an Academy Trust and enables our school to benefit from the collective strength from all schools within our Trust. It means that we are able to share resources and expertise with access to a far wider talent and resource pool than we could access as an individual school.
There are currently 21 schools within our Trust, each unique in their own identity and community, but each sharing our mission of ‘Building Excellent Schools Together’. By working in synergy, each school is strengthened, and it is this synergy that ensures that our school is continually improving.
Our Trust has four Shared Services teams which support our school to be as successful as possible. Our Business Services and Finance Services Teams support our school with making our spending as efficient as possible so that we ensure as much money as possible is spent on delivering excellent teaching and learning opportunities. These teams also support our school with other non-teaching areas such as data protection, estates, HR, contracts management, and administration. Our Education Standards Team support our school to make sure that teaching and learning is of a high quality. They provide us with rigorous challenge and training to keep on improving what we do. Our Trust Leadership Team have responsibility for putting the Trustees’ vision into action and for providing strategic leadership across the other three areas.
